Building Tomorrow’s Talent: NAF Logistics Internship Programme

NAF Logistics Group has long been at the forefront of developing effective sustainable logistics, supporting Hong Kong’s position as an international sustainable logistics centre. In line with our social responsibility initiatives, we are proud to have launched our Internship Programme for July–August 2026.

The programme is designed to equip young professionals with:

✅ Hands-on experience on international freight projects, initiatives and operations
✅ Professional development alongside experienced colleagues in a multicultural environment
✅ Deeper understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in global logistics across Asia
✅ Valuable networking with industry leaders in international logistics development

A particular highlight of this year’s programme was Barry Cai’s presentation to our Business Development and Customer Services teams on “The Silk Road and Smart Logistics.” His thoughtful insights sparked meaningful discussion and clearly reflected the curiosity and analytical mindset we seek to foster in the next generation of logistics professionals.
